I have been a customer with cricket for almost three years, and have has numerous problems with cricket. This month the treatment of your csr's is unexcuseable. I have never been treated so badly in all my life.

On july 3oth, 2004 I went into the cricket location at 1050 west colfax ave, den co to pay my bill and purchase a new phone. I was told my bill was $85.00 and with the purchase of the new phone I had to pay $174.00.

Knowing that there was some kine of error somewhere I paid the amount requested. I asked the csr to explain the bill to me because my bill has never been over $65.00 even with the late charges.

To make a long story short because of the limted amount of space provided I am unable to go into detail about the rest of the unexcusable treatment I received from that store. I was asked to leave the store and never come back because i wanted to find out about my acct. A telephone call to another csr rep solved the problem, but not before I was totally humiliated and verbally abused. I would appreciate a response from the co so I can go into more detail about the co and the csr's I had to deal with.

I'm sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our customer service at a Full Service/Retail Store.

If possible, speak with the Manager of that store you went to for hopefully prompt resolution. If he/she is not available, please send all complaints about ANY Full Service Retail Cricket Store to customer.relations@cricketcommunications.com

Be aware that ANYTIME anything is done at a Full Service store that it is done through your Cricket account and will DIRECTLY affect your bill. Call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-CRICKET or 611 from your Cricket phone and we can explain your billing to you. Most Cricket Retail Locations do provide a billing statement upon request.

Also, try our website at www.mycricket.com to be able to view and pay your bill online for FREE. Your online account contains all your billing information for the last 6 months (I think it even does up to 12 also).

Have a good one....
