Complaint Review: Cricket Communications

Cricket communcations was giving rebates from 7/24/03 to 09/30/03 as long as you keep you bill paid and your phone active for 3 months. Mail them your UPC along with your receipts which I did and I have kept the phone active the whole time, I kept calling for my rebate and was give one excuse after another. Finally I got
fed up and just let the phone get turned off.

Now I have a free phone from AT&T that was shipped directly to my door with zero cost to me.

Cricket needs to give people the money that they have promise people I have friends that are in the same boat with me. I have also filed a report with The Attorney General office as well.
