Cricket Broadband won't allow you to disconnect your service unless you agree to no refunds.  The customer service is in India, you only get to talk to one supervisor per phone call and they refuse to discontinue service unless you agree to no refunds.  There is no way to email or call a live person, no access to complaints or customer service in America.  The broadband does not work in many service areas, it freezes up when you try to send an email or search.  Not worth the money and the lack of customer support is not worth the hassle.  Plus, India has all your personal information!
