Cricket ripoff on rebate for phone due to the fact of change of numer from harrassment under police order Buffalo New York
Called cricket for rebate of 100.00 dollars for purchasing a phone. With no rebate check appearing I called them. Was told I was not elibible for it because I changed the phone number on one phone due to harrassment under police order. Ive had my phone for over a year and recently added a new one for my daughter. There was nothing ever told about changing the phone number that it would cancel my account. Im a single mom raising two children and I need all the help I can get. Very angry mother in buffalo.
