cricket wireless sucks my muve music says expired and my tethering/hotspot says I not authorized call customer service when I call 1800cricket or *611 to reach there customer service or tech support from 7am-11pm ct thats 2 hrs ahead of me I can not reach anyone it says no one is available goto a cricket store I will not recomend Cricket Wireless to anyone They have the worse customer service and tech support. the only place I am able to get ahold of someone at cricket is when I call there sales department to order cellphone service. THEY REFER me to the Manufacture of my phone HUAWEI I call them they said thats not something they can help me with to contact my service provider cricket I am disconnecting cricket I have not even had them a full month and had to have phone replaced inside at a corporate store I will never Recommend Cricket to anyone I will be filing a Lawsuit against Cricket because they dont give credit for there bad service
