Complaint Review: Cricket Wireless Broadband

Being a cricket wireless client is a true nightmare! First of all they have poor customer service. Second, their internet service does not work at all. Third, they will invade your bank account as they please, so think twice before you hand them over your credit card. This is perhaps the most important reason why you should not be fooled into getting an account with them.

Believe me, they start by mistakenly charging you $1 or $10 and end up charging your bank account even after you have cancelled the account with them. Unexplained charges to your account, and the unpleasant customer treatment denigrates their "no contract" and "unlimited plans". Think twice before you commit the foolish mistake of becoming their client.
