So its been 3 days now since i have been without cell phone service.
This is due to an ongoing issue with #CricketWireless , my current
service provider. (1st dont laugh at me for having the ratchet company
lol ... its cheap!) So just hmu on messenger to contact me.

See what had happened was, on wednesday 4/19 I visited my local
cricket store to purchace a sim card. The associate helping me, a
cool young lady, said "Im feeling nice, im not going to charge you."
Naturally, I said thanks! She put the SIM card in my new phone, handed
me the reciept and said I was good to go.

I find out the next morning the sim card does not register on my phone.
I spend hours on the phone with Cricket Customer Service Agents, getting
IMEI numbers and SIM numbers and stuff! Then they said just go back to
the store and have them help you.

So, its now thurs 4/20. I head back to the store. The lady there now, a
little less animated than the first, helps me. She tries to get the card to
work with the phone, however to no success. So i just asked for my
old phone to be turned back on then.

I was told that I would have to buy a new sim card! That same lady also said, "The one helping you
yesterday should not have given that to you for free... and... THEY [phone reps]
can not tell me who I can and cant charge!" ... woah!

Like really, I have to pay to walk out the same way I walked in? I REFUSE! Until
I get the justice that I deserve, I will be without cell phone service! I may be a
small ant to this #AT&T giant of a company, but I will use my voice for everyone to be heard! You
can not treat loyal customers this way. What ya'll think?
