On March 28 09 I went to pay my cell phone bill I always pay before the due date well I told the sales Rep I wanted to change my plan I wanted one of my Numbers disconected since I no longer had that phone.I told him about three times and he said okay I understand so he said my other Number would be diconnected on the 9th of April,Well it turn out this number was not disconnected and my bill was not credited properly I payed for two months Well that other number is still on and no creidt to my account I went into the store and the Manager refused to correct the problem said I didnt ask prior to the 9th of april well I explained and showed my reciept still refused to do anything, Well I also bought a USB that is a wireless module for my computer so I can have internet well I tried to set it up when I got home and it was no good so I returned to the store in the morning and I was given a used one without my knowledge I payed for a new one I have all my reciepts I went back to the store again showed the manager thee reciepts and still refused to credit my account or refund my money.I was supposed to get a month free as they have advertized all over the city and there stores well You have to PAY FOR YOUR FIRST MONTH And you get your secound month free well I was given a free month nor do they plan to give it to methey say because I did not ASK FOR IT Which I did I mentioned it several times I was reassured I would recieve my free month, Never happened, then I payed for my monthly service which is $72.00 dollars well the Employee put thee wrong account number on the computer as I got my reciept I told him right there,, You put the wrong account and payed into the wrong account I handed it back to him he looked at it refused to correct the problem I asked for the Manager that person and he told me you got this reciept from someone else your just trying to ripp us off I told him I just payed my money to that employee that employee that took my money denied ever seeing me well his name is on the reciept I should him everything that person that took my money refused to do anything I went to the main store and they also refused to correct the problem, So Im out $235.97 Then the Manager asked security to escort me out of the building. I wasnt even angry I kept my cool I have already writen congressman The Gov, Thee Atty Gen the Public Reg Comm, they just keep passing the ball to one an other, So whats a person to do Wont solve anything by getting angry or getting violent or doing anything foolish Any body have any suggestions on how to deal with these people and place Of Bussiness.
