I recently added a service to my cricket acct paid in advance was given incorrect info from rep. Once I finaly got through to a customer service rep I was told nothing could be done and that the service i paid for would be refunded to contact cricket when i returned to my calling area after 5 days of trying to get through by phone and email was treated with disrespect and not only was the problem not corrected the supervisor hung with no resalution again I tried to send an email was sent a letter stating to call customer service again no reps availabel .there must be some kind of penalty for charging a cc without providing the service banking commission fcc something this is why we are in such a mess companies can add things to accts and not provide the service so i have paid for a service i never received and also paid the cc company a fee to be able to through my money away . This could be why people who pay there bills on time or advance should refuse if enough would would refuse to pay for the month of sept bet we could shut them down . Or atleast the big shots who get the big pay see a dip in the bonus they receive maybe thiongs will change I of course will find another phone service and wonder why I ever went to such a cheap shotty company
