As with so many others, Cricket has cheated me out of the rebate I was supposed to receive for purchasing an A-600 internet card. I filed for it in the beginning of March, and have seen nothing in return. When I accessed their help system it said "Non Compliance" adding I did not include my account number. Bull! If they didn't have my account number how are they accessing information on that account by referencing my name? The answer is simple, they are lying.
I was also informed that a non compliance letter was mailed to me. How do you mail something to someone without their account number to access the address? Another lie. I never received it. I have verified my address and it is correct in their records.
And don't expect any help from cricket employees. Without them facilitating the crime it could not be accomplished, and to work for such an unscrupulous company one must be as lacking in integrity as the company they represent. They are complicit in the theft, and they are as guilty as Cricket itself, proving that criminals do stick together.
The internet service which started this fiasco is pathetically slow and they are selling bandwidth which is already overloaded. It is of little value unless you have LOTS of time to waste.
My advice is to AVOID CRICKET at all cost and do business with a reputable company. Prepay accounts from major companies are very competitive and depending on your use, can save you money as well as save yourself the aggravation of dealing with this criminal organization.
