Complaint Review: cricket wireless

i went to a cricket store purchased service, their representitive assured me my phone would work where i live but i got home and it doesnt work, i called and asked for a refund and the rep even told me they arent supposed to sell service for areas they dont have service for but they did! so because i threw away a recipt for service that was supposed to work they wont give a refund. i also asked if they would give me the roaming so i could get my months worth all they said is pay us more money... theft slash extortion..
