Complaint Review: CrimShield Inc

Have Your IT DEPARTMENT read the emails headers, old ones maybe they have just changed as I'm outing them right now. Have Them Look at my screen prints of trying to get the CEO on-board with security measures and where the data has been managed. The CEO stabbed me in the back and backed up the Cisco guy who time and time again let us down. Telling Joe Thomas he is what we have and better than nothing. That's the stupidity of the leadership of the company. I requested we get a real contractor from Cisco numerous times and was ignored or told "I'm not ready to get rid of Sisay yet" and all his decision were made on what was the cheapest even in such a clear and present danger this Cisco person Sisay was to the company.

Just look at the attached files on the firewall, lack of DMZ and DISABLED IPS. If it hadn't been for my personal SYN attack scripts that send emails I had running on all the web servers we never would have known about the assaults from Asia that took down other networks in the past two years. I had to insist the Cisco guy block the IP's and watch for that after years of neglect and some of the most advanced hardware Cisco has my shell scripts saved the company more than once from DOS and possible intrusions we don't know if customer data was accessed as the IPS wasn't enabled, only my scripts warning of the intrusion attempts.
