I received an email regarding 4+ foot Farm Blueprint book from crisiseducation.com, that was providing an ebook for $ 7.00.  I was interested in it so I ordered it.  After I submitted the order I went through several steps of refusing other offers for more books, seeds, etc.  I clicked no on all the steps follwing my credit card input.  I finally was given the ebook but I have since been charged 3/19/14 $14.95, 4/17/14 $14.95, 5/18/14 $14.95. I didn't order anything or sign up for anything so I am unsure why I am being charged monthly.

You try to call and talk to someone and nobody answers. I emailed them and told them I was turning them in to my bank for fraudulance for charging my card for unauthorized charges if they didn't credit my account for the charges. I have not heard back from them.

The information I received was rediculas and not helpful. I am an avid canner and gardner. I guess if I had never done anything in my life it might be helpful? It's a waste of money and if you sign up you too can get charged monthly for nothing. I am sure glad I can help this jerk pay his monthly bills...

Norton St Philip,

Nigerian Scam

#2Consumer Suggestion

Mon, September 22, 2014

Think you couldn't fall for a Nigerian scammer?  You did.  At least his father is from Nigeria.  Another former SEO con that has decided to start his own website promoting all manner of "smart living" scams via third party order fulfillment. Three things are endemic with these operations: products don't work as advertised, you can't get a refund despite the policy, you can't ever get in touch with the person that took the money. These are the companies you see running all the dodgy adverts on torrent sites and Adblade, etc. This guy's is the advert that is everywhere with some old geezer and the caption, "Save 90% on food. (Grocery stores fear him.)" And like most those "headlines" totally made-up. He's hawking a useless book of old tips that won't save you 5%, let alone 90%, and the bit about grocery stores fearing him is just completely fabricated to get suckers to click. In addition, this guy is...well, just take a look at who you're sending your money to. http://texas.arrests.org/Arrests/Christopher_Oyolokor_16723697/

He's also not very smart. Pays to have all his data obscured by eNom and then registers an LLC with the Texas SOS giving his full contact info. Only a matter of time before this one is back in the hoosegow, imho!
