Complaint Review: Crispy Kicks

Well, I found this what I thought was a great company. I ordered sneakers from them and I thought it was unusual that there was no return address and boy from that moment on I knew what no return address meant. PROBLEMS So I contacted the company because I was told the sneakers were fakes so I wanted to cancel order but all I kept getting was them answering their own questions instead of mine. I lost 404.90 to this company. I tried everything to get my money back but they kept insisting that they said the sneakers were non authtenic when on their site it said they were simply company variants. But to add to all this no refund crap was the fact that they sent me the sneakers in the wrong size and had the nerve to tell me to buy shoe insoles to make up for the size difference. I am so pissed off with this company, I just want people to be aware of this type of rip off because believe me it won't be happening again to me. So beware of CRISPYKICKS they are thieves and ripoffs.
