I order a pair of shoes from this website on December 16, 2008 and received a conmfirmation email. I email back and asked for tracking information. This person that calls herself Jan has been communicating with me and is very rude. All she would say is my order will arrive within 2 to 3 weeks and to read their policy.

It states it takes about 2-3 weeks, but, we did rush it to you so you could get it in less then 2 weeks!
