Criss Bergman,Dawn Electric Unlicensed Electrician, Over billing Wallmart for hours not worked, Failure to meet national employment standards, Failure Bayville, New York
I had the misfortune of working with Criss Bergman of Dawn Electric. To begin I would like it known that Criss is an alcholic and drug addict. I was hired to work as an assistant and many times I was asked to drive because Criss was under the influence of Drugs and Alcohol every day. Criss Bergman is contracted by Walmart Stores to do electrical work and was contracted by them with the impression that he is a licensed electrician. Dawn Electric is not licensed and Criss had found a loop hole years ago avoiding the proper training and fees involved to obtain a license by paying a separate company to say he is covered through their Insurance. A company as large as wallmart that is visited by the number of people every day should be aware of the risk involved in letting this occur. Every day Criss would get drunk in the parking lot and than enter the store uder the influence. It was alarming to me that not only was I being trained by a drug addict and drunk but he was indangering so many people working at the stores while intoxicated. Criss has no regard for safety and drives under the influence daily. Criss has been arrested for domestic violence and has prooven to be a menace to society.
