The short version of the story is we bought an BMW X3 from them in early December 2016.  They claimed over and over and it was written on the contract, we had 36 days to get anything corrected if it was not right.  The truth is, once you are out the door, you are SOL completely out of luck. 

We took it to our mechanic and there was a laundry of serious issues with the car.  Tony Ibrahimi of Cristal 2000 said no problem, bring it in and we will fix it.  We took the car to them and it took them almost a week.  We went and picked it up and Tony Ibrahimi told me right to my face - everything on the list was fixed 100%!  So we take it to our mechanic and Cristal 2000 did NOTHING!!!! 

We have major electrical problems, transmission oil pan is rusted out, engine oil pan is leaking, at least 20 electronic faults, valves are leaking, our left turn signal is stuck on and the highbeams are stuck on and several other issues.  The car is UNDRIVEABLE NOW!!!  I have contacted them several times and they said they are not fixing it.

 If YOU would have done your homework, you would have seen beyond ANY shadow of doubt, used BMW's are a GUARANTEED money pit! Their repairs are SO FREQUENT and SO EXPENSIVE, many used car dealers will not sell them!
