Beware that not all Board Certified hairstylist know what they are doing! After going in for a color, my hair started falling out. The stylists burned my hair due to excessive bleaching and my hair had to be cut down from over 12" long to about an inch from my scalp. Nothing was done by the stylist or the owner to remedy the situation, they overcharged me, and no refund was given. hairstylist know what they are doing.
