Complaint Review: CRJ Solutions Inc. / STL Concepts Inc. / HEATH KOTULA and MIKAL J. GOODMAN

I would like to share my experience while working under S.T.L. Concepts, Inc. I am writing this to help inform others of how much of a scam this company really is. They do not represent everything they stand for. When I walked in for my first interview, there were six other people waiting. The manager fancies you with We work with fortune 500 companies, and do sports marketing management, blah blah blah. They are basically selling themselves, but what they really mean to say is We are an annoying soliciting company who doesn't tell you that you have to be here every morning at 7:30 am. to listen to the same repetitive motivational lectures, and youll get back at 7 p.m., and oh yeah we need you all day on Saturdays and sometimes Sunday. They promise fifty dollars a day for training, but I seem to recall a day where I went unpaid. I spent en entire week working my a** off selling promotional packages at Sams Club, and had to hassle my manger for two weeks to get paid.  When you ask both managers about being paid, they each say something different. The main manager lies and the swagger "manager" talks in circles, spitting non-sense out of his mouth 90% of the time. This company is definitely a piggishness one, and if your looking for trust and security this is not the company to work for. This place is located at 7925 N.W. 12th st. Suite 319, Doral, FL.
