We hired CRM Manager, LLC to provide third party implementation of salesforce.com. CRM Manager was supposed to customize Salesforce.com to meet the specific needs of our business. In addition, CRM Manager was tasked with taking the data from our existing system and migrating it to Salesforce.com. The whole process was supposed to take about 3 weeks according to the folks at CRM Manager. After 3 MONTHS, we had to terminate them. They were never able to successfully complete the data migration. They were never even close. When the owner of CRM Manager, Andy Atkins, was notified of the termination, he admitted that he deemed our project too small for his more experienced tech people (EVEN AFTER 3 MONTHS OF TOTAL INEPTITUDE BY THE GUY HE ASSIGNED TO THE PROJECT!!). He then asked us for more time to complete the job ... 3 MONTHS LATER! We terminated our agreement and demanded our money back. He refused to return the fees his company charged us and we are now pursuing this matter in the courts. This company should not be trusted with small to medium sized jobs. If you're dealing with Atkins himself, beware, he struggles mightily with the truth and he's as smug as they come.  We should also point out that the folks at Salesforce.com refused to refund us our initial fee ($5K) despite the fact that we NEVER were able to use their product. By the way, it was the salesperson at Salesforce.com (Nathan Bourque) who referred us to CRM Manager. We later discovered that Salesforce.com owns CRM Manager. Procede with caution.
