Complaint Review: CRM Reward Department

I got this letter by CRM Reward Department in early May. I saw the letter, it looked funny but all I could thing about was getting my reward. I called and they took my credit card number, personal address and still I did not find anything wrong. The one part that have me believing this letter is when the speaker added me on a computerized operator to give me my verication number of my reward and told me what kind of award I won. It was a vacation package.

Couple of weeks, I realized I did not have the letter, did not know how much this vacation cost, or where it was located. I research the company before I could look onto some website it was already labled a scam company. I though it was legitimate company. I let my guard down by becoming greedy and hope for the best in my future. Do not let this happen to you. Research the company first before you make any call and give away any information.
