Complaint Review: CRM Rewards Department

I received a letter stating that CRM had some Good News to share with me. The letter said that they tried calling my home number and that it is very important for me to call them back. They included a pin number in the letter as my verification. The letter was from the Rewards Dept. Supervisor, Lisa Eastwood.

I was certain that this was a scam, but I called the number anyways; however, the line continued to ring. At that point I decided to investigate online and sure enough found numerous reports of this scam.

Just trash this letter if you get it and report it on this site.
