I recieved a letter today from CRM saying that they were trying to contact me regarding some good news and they had been trying to reach me on my cell number. They even had my number listed in the letter. They had a pin number listed large and bold at the top of the letter. THe letter is signed by lisa eastwood who is apparently the rewards dept. speciallist. I know that this letter cannot be real because their are a few things i have been told to look for in an official award letter. Normally there is a seal or watermark, sometimes both from the agency or organization you have won from. Their is a reputable person who lists their name, dept, conact information and their normally is an actual signature. This letter just had the name type written with no signature. A true award letter is usually printed on formal looking paper and they never ask for money for you to recieve your award.

More than likely this letter is a scam to get your information which you should never give over the phone. Anyone that demands it over the phone is not an official person or agency. They could be trying to get you on the phone to sell you something.
