Complaint Review: Croat Pavers

This company abandoned the job. Zlantan (Goldy) Krekic requested full payment and was paid in full on 12/23/14. They failed 2nd inspection on Pool/Spa/pavers and continued to proceed by filling the pool with water. The light is not working and is part of the failure of the second inspection. The coping has stains all around the pool. There are white spots in the pool. The water flow light continues to turn on suggesting there is a problem in the plumbing lines. I just have replaced the filter over the weekend which costs me $80.00. The filter was full of sand and grout. I asked them to clean all that out of the lines but they did not. I have made several calls  texts, and sent them a certified letter with a detailed list of everything that needs to be done. They also have not passed nor scheduled 3 inspections from the City of Cape Coral. I feel ripped off and I am mad as hell. Thank you for your help.
