Complaint Review: Cross Border Investments Inc

 Mr. Christopher Valdez is currently using Cross Border Investments to scam timeshare owners. He is working with Mr. Louise DeLuca from Ibex, Inc. They have been quite elaborate with their websites and documents. I realized this scam just in time. He was requiring us to pay for a TPC Mexican federal tax ID registry number in the sum of $4883. They have been claiming to buy this property on behalf of Fox Conn. He has come up with bank statements from CitiBanamex that have the deposit for the sale of our property, $67,000 and the reimbursement of this tax ID money, $4883. Seems legitimate, but it's not. I did some research on these websites for Ibex and Crossborders, and came across the information for me to stop the scam dead in its tracks. These websites have just recently been created and the owner of them have other similar sites. Of these sites, 2 have been turned over to the FBI, First Allied Properties and World Acquisition Group, LLC who have been victims of timeshare fraud.
