Complaint Review: Cross Contry Bank

Hi,

Well were can I start, the Cross Country Bank Card is truly the Credit Card from HELL!! They have called my home & work at all times of the day 6a-10p Mon-Sun, including every single holiday!

My minimum payment was $51 dollars and that was all was able to send in, and was paying on time.Next thing I know my minimum payment was increased, I continued to send in $51 dollars, and thats when the hell began.
Late fees, began to accumuate and then overlimit fees began.

They have acumulated over $1000 in LATE FEES & OVERLIMIT FEES.

I tried to negotiate a payoff, and they would not even take away one late fee.

Oh, and how can we forget, the APR (Anual Percentage Rate) is a WHOPPING 26.99%. At this rate my grandkids will be paying of this card.....PLEASE HELP!
