I contracted with this company to ship a car with a pickup date of 7/23 with a drop dead delivery date of 7/30. Each day from 7/23 until 7/27 I called to check on pickup status, and was lied to each time.

I was told tomorrow every day and delivery would be made as agreed. Was not contacted by the driver until 7/27 and he could no pickup the car until 7/30, the delivery day and 1,300 miles away.

Lied to by the company that they didn't know what was going on with the driver. Refused to refund the deposit of $150 because it's not our fault.

This shipment was a complete failure for their failure to perform as agreed and they refuse to admit it was their fault.
