1) There is no such thing s \"checkpoint tracking.\" This \"tracking system\" which promises to \"keep you informed every step of the way\" consists of their
customer service department telling us \"lady there is no integrity in this business\" and then hanging up on us!

2) There are no \"checkpoints.\" and we could never even get a hold of anyone - anywhere. Nor did we know who are carrier was.

3)a \"guarantee\" of 5-8 business days, I am unable to find out even the location of our vehicles. They were picked up on the 16th of December - in the dark and delivered on January 4th! According to my math that is 19 days!

4) Horrible customer service, we now find out that he no longer works there!

5) \"Only one car carrier will be used.\" That\'s a bunch of B.S. Right out of the gate, our cars were picked up by a 3rd party - god only knows what happend
after that.

Damage Resulting = Damage Resulting: $378.40 for 10 additional days of car rental (incl. all airport taxes) + $224.00 for interior detail of both cars- excessive grease on floor boards, mats, steering wheel, interior roof and driver door on both vehicles. In addition, the LandRover had been driven 16 miles!
