Complaint Review: Cross Country Auto Transport

This company took our deposit and NEVER showed up to pick up our vehicle. They PROMISED they would be here on Saturday 12-17-05 but didnt call or show up.

FORGET trying to call them. Once they have your money you will never hear from them again. They debitted our account on 12-08-05 and thats the last contact we had with them. We are a military family who is trying to move cross country and now it will be much more difficult. DO NOT use this company. It's a total scam.

I filed a police report and contacted my bank. If they did it to you too, you should do the same.
