CROSS COUNTRY AUTO TRANSPORTERS TOOK MY CAR HAULING DEPOSIT, AND RAN! COOPER CITY Florida
I went online for auto hauling quotes, and this very nice guy, guilles genereux, had a very good quote, so i hired them. he told me door to door, and such nice things, it sounded really good! only, i told him my family moved to oklahom, and my dad needs his car there. he said he could pick it up on the 16 or 17.(of august) i said fine, great, and he needed a 200.00 deposit. i used my debit card , so he would have it right away. the night of the 15 th we were to get a call, as to what time they were coming. never called, i called on the 17th, and tryed to get customer service, as that is what he told me to do, well, 24-7 i have been trying.
on wed, i left a not-so-nice- message, and they finally called me back, and said the car will be picked up on friday(the 19th), and the guy would call me on thursday night
well, no call. everytime i call, they say they are either on the phone, or assisting another customer. no one has called me from either the company, or drivers. i told them i want my money back, but they said they couldnt do that.now, everything is messed up, as we are leaving with the moving van on sat. and my dads car still sits here , in nj. and they have my money. this is the second time i have been ripped off on line, but it wont happen again! please help.

I was ripped by them too. See listing two down from yours, Gig Harbor, WA. I dealt with the same individual but I did get my car but was overcharged. I disputed it with Visa and received an instant credit. Always keep notes and documentation to protect yourself. They lied to me the whole way as they did to you. Good Luck
