Cross Country Bank annoying, disruptive, abused & mistreated Boca Raton, Florida
I do not even use this company, but they are harassing me at home! They keep calling me for a woman named Michelle, who obviously gave them my phone number as hers.
I have asked numerous times to have my phone number removed, but they still haven't! They call me me at all hours of the day and night. These people are absolute idiots!!

The only way you will get rid of them is by changing your number. My husband had a dispute with them not crediting his account for a payment,even with him faxing proof every week, so he closed it.
They were calling here 7:30am- 10:30pm. Everyday. They would fill up our answering machine everyday. I was polite at first, but these people won't take a hint.
When I told them that my husband wasn't here until after 6,and to please not call until then, they told me that they will call here and keep on calling here, when they want to, until they reach him.
Even though they spoke to him every week. They get paid everytime you, your voicemail, or machine answer the phone. Some of them have a recording they play for my machine to fill up.
I had to put the phone in my name so it doesn't start again. That was how we got rid of them. It's worked for a few months now anyway, I hope they never call here again!
