I WAS SHOCKED TO FIND ALL OF THE COMPLAINTS AGAINST CROSS COUNTRY BANK WHEN I FOUND THIS SITE. I THOUGHT I WAS JUST ONE IN A MILLION HAVING A LITTLE BAD LUCK WITH THE COMPANY. HOW CAN THIS BE HAPPENING IN AMERICA? WE HAVE CONSUMER'S RIGHTS. THE SAME THING HAS BEEN HAPPENING TO ME. I HAVE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT, YET I KEEP GETTING HARRASSING CALLS AND A HIGHER BALANCE. I HAVE SENT LETTERS IN WRITING AND THEY SAY THEY HAVEN'T RECEIVED THEM - SO I FAX THEM, YET ACCORDING TO THEM, THEY STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THEM. NO ONE WANTS TO TALK ABOUT THE DISCREPENCIES. I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING LATE CHARGES AND OVER THE LIMIT FEES EACH MONTH. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY HAVE BEEN GETTING AWAY WITH THIS FOR SO LONG. CONTACT THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK NOW IF THIS IS HAPPENING TO YOU. IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT - SEEK LEGAL ADVICE.
