Cross Country Bank BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES, DO NOT USE THIS CARD THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF TOO!!

Until today I have been a Cross Country Bank Customer for about 2 years. I cancelled my card today because I am fed up with the insane "hidden" fees and the lousy customer service.

I have tried three times to get my mailing address corrected...the bill was coming to the correct address and suddenly the city had been changed...I have not moved, yet they insist they have my address correct!

This institution will rip off your hard earned money!! Do NOT fall prey to this corrupt organization! The "lady" (I use that term loosely!)I spoke with at CCB customer service has informed me that the fees will not stop just because the card has been cancelled, etc.etc....

I will pay my balance at the rate of a dollar a week! I will dispute any erroneous information on my credit report and have reported CROSS COUNTRY BANK to the FLORIDA Better Business Bureau.
You will be better off getting yourself a secured credit card and re-establishing your credit that way; than to pay these people all the very creative fees they have come up with!

I would not be suprised to see a class action suit come up against this company. Do yourselves a big favor DESTROY THE APPLICATION, CUT UP THE CARD...DO NOT GET CAUGHT UP IN THE WEB OF DELUSION & FRUSTRATION THAT IS CROSS COUNTRY BANK!!!
