Cross Country Bank credit card fruad *Consumer Suggestion
I recieved a credit card thru the mail from Cross Country Bank ..with phone activation number..I cut up the card..but later received a bill for annual fee..application fee, etc. Took 3 months to get credited and close the account which I hadnt opened in the first place

Rebuttal:
If they received a phone activation number, then they completed an application and were accepted.I would think the fees would not have been charged if they did not call and activate the account. They should call customer service and resolve the account. If they continue to let it go,fees such as late charges and possibly over the limits fees and any other fees will continue. The letters and calls will not go away. However
my experience with CCB is that they are really friendly and helpful, they just need to contact them!
