Complaint Review: Cross County Bank Credit Cards

DO NO USE THIS CARD !!! I have had an account for a few years. Not only do they charge you to make a payment other than mail, they charge you to call them to solve a problem !

Recently, I paid off my account. I found they had DOUBLED THE AMOUNT I SUBMITTED FOR PAYMENT in the "quick, easy, and safe" on line option. Not only have they trashed my checking account but they lied in when it would be credited. In fact, two "customer service" persons lied and did nothing. It was like I had never called.

I have a massive credit balance and THEY FROZE THE CARD !Take it from me, their practices are other than professional and this former customer is investigating forgery ! In the mean time, I will close my checking and put a watch on everything else.. they are not to be trusted in any way shape or form!
