cross country bank credit is the biggest RIP OFF I have ever known
I have dealt with this bank for credit card purposes.within the past year,they have charged me x amount of dollars for late payment fees when I have sent my bill in at least 5 to6 days before the due date.I think when I got to my over limit fee, they said they didn't get it in time. Although when i had available credit they did't.Now after many months of this, after paying well over the amount requested,they would put me over limit and late, costing me 60.00 a month,no matter how much over the amount needed. I cannot get hold of these people over the phone, and also they tell you your call is.50 cent, but I'm always billed 1.00 They have such a scam going when people get up to there credit limit,it's discusting!
