i want to make a complaint against cross country bank when i first applied for the card i gave them all my information then i got the card i called to see how much credit i was allowed and was told i had a credit limit of $350 well later on i called to see how much my payments were going to be and was told $34 a month i askes how much credit i had and was told $188 i asked why and they said that was their fees and after two payments i could get more of a credit line so i then actvaded the card well when the bill came in the payments wer $78 amonth and that i was over my credit limit i said no i wasnt but they argued with me that i got mad and hung up they called right back and kept repeating when are you going to pay this we want our money i replied that i didnt owe this amount and hung up a gain they called back i said i dont want you callin me again and they said we will everyday till you pay all of this again i hung up well they have called every hour or two sunday till saturday from 8:oo am till after 10:oopm i told them also that i live on a limited income of ssi and ssa that if i had known the fees were going to be this high i wouldnt have activaded the card i have been threatened with fraud charges and acussed of stealing their money please if anyone knows how to get them to leave me alone i wish they would tell me how
