They charge a fee to pay your bill over the Internet. Interest added to your account can cause you to exceed your credit limit and they then assess you an over the limit fee. You have no way of knowing the amount of interest nor the date it will be assesed.

It is impossible to resolve a dispute since employees only read from a script and are not able to think on their own. Employees are rude and uunfriendly.

They charge to use their 800 number and you cannot speak to customer service using the 800 line. You must use the regular line which is a toll call to Boca Raton, Florida and if put on hold it can be expensive.
