CROSS COUNTRY BANK FEES ARE A RIP OFF CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS
I HAVE TRIED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES I HAVE HAD WITH THIS CREDIT CARD.
FOR THREE MONTHS I HAVE TRIED TO GET MY ACCOUNT TO A $0 BALANCE BUT THEY ALSO ADD SOMETHING ON.AND DON'T EVEN TRY CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SUCK (PARDON MY FRENCH)BUT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANYTHING RESOLVED NOT EVEN WITH A SUPERVISOR THEY COULD CARE LESS HOW MANY CUSTOMER THEY LOOSE.
THERE IS ANOTHER SUCKER WAITING IN LINE AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE IF YOU GET A CARD WITH THESE PEOPLE.
