The Fl Attorney Generals office is investigating this company for violations of the RICO act, and harrasment of coustomers, fraud, over chargeing customers, and illeagle fees. If your having a problem notify the AG's office and file a complaint. Complaints can be filed online at their web site. Don't let this company continue to rip you off. File a report today.

After complaining to the Florida AG's office Cross Country dropped the fees for membership and over the limit that they added to my closed account.
