Complaint Review: Cross Country Bank

After receivng a credit card from cross country, my payments constantly were applied late, and two payments were misapplied, my card was cancelled by cross country bank without any verbal or written explaination to me. I am now looking at a balance of more than one thousand dollars on a cancellation balance of $350.00.

I recieve constant daily harassment calls, I have placed every complaint and investigation in writing to them as per their request, only to either be denied or no responce at-all. I only recently was told that I was placed into their collections department in Feb. 2001 without any notice of such action, and it did not stop a monthly statement with excessive fees of $80.00 per month, which it should have, once I was placed into collections all fees and finance charges should have ceased. I am fighting a losing battle, there is no winning with this company, I will be filing a complaint with the
