Complaint Review: Cross Country Bank Florida

Cross Country Bank refuses to close my account even after balance was paid, they charge monthly maintenance fees, $30.00 late fees, even though I have letter acknowledging closing of account .....

I sent the balance amount on my statement & requested the account be closed. I received a letter acknowledging my request a month later. Now they are still trying to collect monthly maintenance fees of $10.00 per month and late fees of $30.00 per month. According to them I have to keep paying these! In other words they refuse to close the account.
