As soon as I recieved ny Cross Cuntry card the had deducted over $100.00 from my credit card, and now it has come out that that was illegal.Ihave not heard anything from them about this and do not know if i will recieve a refund.

I fell behind on my payments last year.I have made payments when possible, but back in february the deducted money from my checking account without my permission. I had allowed them to do this once before so they had all of my banking information. as a result of this several checks bounced, and me and my 2yr. old daughter had to live on less than 5.00 for the next 2 weeks. I also fell even further behind on my bills as a result of the overdraft fees Ihad to pay.It took Cross Country Bank 3 months to give me back my money, and they never paid any of my overdraft fees. It was a battle just to get my money back. One man even told me that because he did not like my attitude he would make sure that it took an extra month to get my money back.

That was not the only rude person I have had to deal with. When I first fell behind one caller asked me if I could pawn something to make a payment. They are rude and act like children. I get harrased at work by them as well.

My last point... the insane late fees.
