Recently I received an insert in my Cross Country Bank statement. This insert contained the details of a lawsuit settlement that happened at Cross Country Bank.
It explained how to fill in the correct information to obtain my settlement with Cross Country Bank, which was a $125 credit limit increase. When I called Cross Country Bank concerning this insert, I was told by the customer service representative that when I sent the insert in the credit limit increase would be applied to my account.

After I sent this payment in, along with the settlement letter, I noticed that the increase had not been applied to my account. When I spoke again with a different customer service rep. I was told that I wasnt supposed to send the insert in with my bill, and that the machine which processes the payments in Boca Raton shredded this document and Cross Country Bank had nothing to do with it. When I asked him if he know who to get ahold of concerning this, he said "I have no idea".
I find this to be a disgusting way for them to operate their business lying and deceiving customers this way. Thank you.
