Just because you personally have not had a bad experience does not mean a thing. You are ONE person compared to how many people that have had trouble with them.

If their representatives have such a hard time with rejection, maybe a change in career is in order!

And as far as if people would just pay their bills... goes, you're a very lucky person if you have had 100% control over the circumstances of everything good and BAD that has happend in your life.

If I could manipulate my circumstances I think I would've chosen different options, because not being able to finance anything and feeling so badly because of it all of the time has not been so fun.

I'm sure there are some people who could care less about what their credit looks like RIGHT NOW, but it is very unfair to clasify us all together.

My husband is the actual cardholder but i am the one who writes out the bills and pays attention to the charges, we pay our bill on time every month and we haven't even used the card in like 3 months, our balance seems to never go down and we for some reason end up over for whatever reason and get charged the over limit fee, most of the reps are rude, i don't care what kind of day they had or what kind of calls they've had to deal with, that is their job and they need to be more professional.

They won't refund the $29 fee when it's their fault and they don't try to be helpful at all and you wait on hold forever, the online account is crap, you can never view the statement when you want to look at it, whether it be the month before or the current month but i guarantee you the online payment section works--I suggest to people to not get anything from Florida companies, especially south florida, there's nothing but scams out there and you can never get a hold of anyone.

I myself accidentally bounced a check to them. It was not a due payment but it was a payment. I think a lot of these people need to understand how credit works. Once you write a check, that company or person has every right to attempt to cash it as many times as they like. In return you must pay the fees. It is not theirs.

If you pay your bills like you should a lot of these complaints wouldn't even have occured. Now I do agree that their customer service people are a little rude at times, but think about what they probably have to deal with on a day to day basis.

Phone call after phone call of angry consumers. Would you be very cheerful? Also, many of the problems seem to be in florida. I don't see any problems from my state. I did however only look at the first few pages.

I suggest that you try paying your bills on time every month. If this is hard for you, the best thing to do is to send at least two payments a month. This way you can never be late and the balance is paid off quicker because there is less interest charged. If you have a reply, please post it here.

I agree with everything above and would also like to add

They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report:

Their email: brandi.davis@salem.af.mil
Their name: Brandi L Davis

Their relationship to the company: Consumer Suggestion

Rebuttal:
I agree with everything above and would also like to add that for about two-three months, cross country bank terminated my account because I was deployed overseas, while serving in the MILITARY. I fought to have my account reopened, using my military stateside home of record. My account was reopened, but I have been deployed again. This time to Southwest Asia. I am currently waiting now for them to close out my account again, because I am Overseas.
