Cross Country Bank lied to us the business that doesn't give a dam slow prossessing screwed others too ripped off and scammed thieves Boca Raton Florida
I am tired of paying Cross Country Bank. Een thiugh I paid alays before th due dae, I end up with over limit fees, late fees and a charge for even calling customer service.
They went so far as to send me a letter stating that they wanted an immedite demand and payment as they, on their own accord without my written or oral consent took it upon themselves to attempt to withdaw $105.00 for a bank account I close in December 2002 Now they are charging me check charges.
I called the Legal Department and spoke to a woman who stated she was the assistant to F.J. Borzio, Vice president and Corporate Counsel. She refused to give her name but stated "unless you make good on this payment, they were going to file criminal charges against me. I tried to explain they did this withiut my permission but she stated "to bad" and hung up on me.
There is no way in hell I will ever send those crooks another red cent of my money. What they did is usery and illegal and they dont give a d**n...........they are deceptive.
I recieve beyween 10-15 calls per day from them starting at 8:00 a.m. ending at 8:00 p.m. I cant even answer my own phone. When I demnd they cease calling me, they call right back......dont we have prtections from this scam an illegal attempt o get payment ?
