Complaint Review: Cross Country Bank

I made a pymt with a money order. The next bill I recieved showed no payment. I sent it off in plenty of time. It now had a late penalty of $30.00 and because of the penalty it put me over my limit, and so I was charged another $30.00 total of $60.00 now on my balance. I called Crosscountry and I was told to get a copy of the money order front and back. This takes about 6-8 weeks from the money order company. Because I couldn't 2 payments at once and even though I made the next one they sid it was late becasue that payment to the last months bill. So once again late fee & over limt fee. I was paying 30.00 a month but was being charged $60.00. When I finally got the money order showing proof that they cashed it they said the numbers were not clear to find out where it was applied to so I was S.O.L.!!!! I had to pay $245.00 to catch up. For a payment I really did make.
