Complaint Review: Cross Country Bank - Natalie

The phone calls started over a month ago and I can't make them stop.

I keep telling them this is my private cell number and they tell me they can not remove my name from their calling list.

I keep telling them I don't know the party they are calling from and to stop calling and harrasshing me.

They usually hang up on me and then call back in 2 to 3 days and we repeat the same process. Please make these collection calls stop.

I don't do business with this bank and I don't know the person they are trying to reach. They just keep calling and harrasshing me on my cell number and it is costing me money to answer their calls.

Please make them stop!!!
