Complaint Review: cross country bank

We have not had the money to pay crosscountry bank so when we had a conversation on sunday may262002 they told us if we didnot pay this would be a charge off.

The guy told my husband if he did not pay on time the add a extra payment everytime we do not pay. we started of with a limit of 400 dollars now we owe them 770.84 dollars. All this is service charge. They are real crooks. Hope something can be done about this.
