Complaint Review: Cross Country Bank

I was given a cross country Bank credit card for Visa and when i call to inform them that i had lost my job and transpertation , I asked them to make a note of it and that i was in the process of settaling my account with them and then i would no longer do any bussiness with them, Sense then i have recived three phone call a day my former employer was harassed and i feal that they employess have been vebaly stronge with me, Again i informed the company not to harass me and with in three minutes of them hanging up on me they had called my former employer to haras him again, i know there is something i can do about this and that other people are being miss treated. I paid more than enough good money in there over charges , contract dues, and i even delt with them always sending my bills late. This is un called for they should not be aloud to do bussiness in such a way!
